How to open a return request

Please email support@bleepbox.com.

Please include your order number in the subject heading of the email. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email and will look something like this: “Order#12345”

Please state the reason for the return in the email. e.g No longer needed, Ordered Wrong Item etc.

All returns are free of charge, all orders have a free return label already assigned.

Once a return request has been submitted a return label will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

The email will be from support@bleepbox.com and the subject heading will be “[IMPORTANT]: Return label with instructions order:”.

Please remember to check your spam folder if you still cant locate your return email.

Faulty returns & non-faulty returns

All Faulty items can we returned in the manufacturers warranty period, please open a return request and we will provide a free return label. Depending on stock availability, we will issue a replacement, full refund or advise to create a fresh order.

All Non-Faulty items can be returned in the 30 day return window.

30 Day money back Guarantee

All orders are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. The start date is from the date of delivery stated on your tracking number.

We understand that in certain situations an item may have not been used and is still sealed new, but falls outside the 30 day period. Please contact support@bleepbox.com and they will be able to process a return for you.
