Returns & Refunds
If an item is faulty within the warranty period (stated on invoice) you can return it for a full refund or a replacement (if available).
We will pay for the return postage of the item by either arranging a courier to collect the item at a convenient time for you or reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
For international returns we do not reimburse the cost of posting the item back.
You can return a working item within 14 working days, but please note that the return postage cost is not reimbursed.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning an item with your RMA number for our return address. Please ensure that the item(s) and all accessories are in the original packaging before returning it.
