Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all items to the United Kingdom and items are sent as 24hr Next Business Day delivery (48hr to Northern Ireland).
Items purchased before 3:00pm are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
International shipping prices vary based on country and parcel weight. Many items will have different international shipping services to choose from in the checkout section before payment. International items will be dispatched on the next business day.
All parcels will have a tracking number which will be sent to you in an e-mail and will also be available in 'My Orders' area of 'My Account'.
Returns & Refunds
If an item is faulty within the warranty period (stated on invoice) you can return it for a full refund or a replacement (if available).
We will pay for the return postage of the item by either arranging a courier to collect the item at a convenient time for you or reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
For international returns we do not reimburse the cost of posting the item back.
You can return a working item within 14 working days, but please note that the return postage cost is not reimbursed.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item with your RMA number for our return address. Please ensure that the item(s) and all accessories are in the original packaging before returning it.
We use SagePay as our payment gateway for Debit and Credit card payments.
No card details are stored on our website, all data is processed and stored by SagePay (http://www.sagepay.co.uk/about-us).
Our checkout is SSL certified.

We accept PayPal payments, if you do not have an account with PayPal you can create one on their website (www.paypal.com) for secure fast payment.
If have a registered account with us you can view all of your orders in the 'My Account' area on the website.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will contain your order number and a link to your 'My Account' area. You will also recieve an e-mail with a PDF copy of your invoice and the tracking details for your parcel(s).
If you purchased your item as a 'Guest' on the checkout then you will not be able to view your orders in the 'My Account' area on the website. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and an e-mail with a PDF copy of your invoice and the tracking details for your parcel(s).
Updating Account Information & My Account Area
If you have a registered account with us you can manage all of your account information in the 'My Account' area.
When you create a login with us you will be asked to privide you 'Billing Address', which is the address your Debit/Credit card is registered to, and your 'Shipping Address', which is where you want your parcels delivered.
You can change either of these addresses in the 'My Account' area by clicking on the 'Edit Address' button beside each address.
In the 'My Account' area you can also view all orders, invoices and refunds.
You can also view any items you have added to your 'Wishlist' and subscribe/cancel subscription to our newsletter.
